    One-bedroom and above, on the passport bundle, from AED 1,387,999. That file uses the list price, not the cash discount. We check the unit before it starts.

  2. 02

    Reserve it

    Choose cash, 60/40, or the two-year plan. Tell us who is coming — spouse, children, parents — and we open the file on a qualifying unit.

  3. 03

    The file is reviewed

    Due diligence belongs to the programme. Approval is theirs, not ours. We stay with it until there is an answer.

  4. 04

    Own the home. Apply.

    Keys are planned for Q4 2027. A passport follows approval. It is not automatic, and it is not a UAE passport.

Subject to eligibility, programme rules, due diligence, and approval by the relevant authorities. A home of AED 2 million or more is a separate conversation: the UAE Golden Visa, which is residency, not citizenship.
