A Bangladeshi citizen can ask for the same citizenship-by-investment file as anyone else on this project: a qualifying Dubai Land apartment from AED 1,387,999, then Vanuatu or São Tomé & Príncipe. Bangladesh was not named on the Vanuatu restricted list agents published in October 2026. Due diligence still decides the file. This is not the cheapest passport on earth, and it is not for sale.

What is the cheapest second passport for Bangladeshi citizens?
We will not call this the cheapest programme in the world. Donation programmes elsewhere advertise lower headline figures, and those figures often leave out fees, family members and later rule changes. Here the number you can check is the list price of a real apartment, from AED 1,387,999 on 23 October 2026. If a page promises a Bangladeshi a passport for less, with no property and no government name, treat it as a scam.
Do programmes reject Bangladeshi applicants?
Some citizenship programmes apply heavier due diligence to Bangladeshi nationals even when they are not on a banned list. We did not find Bangladesh on the Vanuatu restricted list as described in October 2026. São Tomé has not published a list. We check before you pay, and a clean nationality label is not an acceptance letter.
What is the minimum investment for this second passport?
The passport comes with the property. There is no additional charge for it. On the Deniz availability of 23 October 2026 the included price is the list price, not the cash discount. The lowest qualifying home is a one-bedroom, unit 208, at AED 1,387,999. The two-bedroom is AED 1,991,999. The three-bedroom starts at AED 2,298,999. Studios are not included. The heavier discounts are a different offer, without the passport.
Dual citizenship and the Bangladesh passport
Whether you may hold a second citizenship and keep a Bangladeshi passport is a matter of Bangladeshi law. Ask a lawyer there. We will not answer it on a property page.
How do I avoid a citizenship-by-investment scam?
A real file has a home, an escrow for the off-plan purchase, and a government that can say no. Walk away from anyone offering a passport for sale, a fast passport, or a guaranteed approval. We do not sell documents. The apartment is in Dubai Land. The citizenship decision sits with the programme.
