An Iranian national should not assume a file will be accepted. Vanuatu is widely reported, as of October 2026, to restrict Iran unless the applicant has lived outside Iran for years. São Tomé received Iranian applications in its first year, which is not the same as approving yours. Sanctions screening applies. We confirm the rule before any payment.

Which countries give citizenship to Iranians by investment?
We can only speak for the two files attached to this home. We do not offer Turkey, the Caribbean, Egypt or Jordan. For Vanuatu, industry reports in 2026 place Iran on a restricted list, with an exception if you have lived and held your life outside Iran for a long period. Sources disagree whether that period is five years or ten. For São Tomé, the unit’s first-year note to 1 September 2026 recorded 50 Iranian applications out of 548. A file received is not a file granted.
What about sanctions?
Active sanctions exposure is a reason a programme will stop. We will not structure a payment to get around sanctions, and we will not take a file that cannot explain the source of funds. If that is your situation, this page is not a workaround.
What is the minimum investment for this second passport?
The passport comes with the property. There is no additional charge for it. On the Deniz availability of 23 October 2026 the included price is the list price, not the cash discount. The lowest qualifying home is a one-bedroom, unit 208, at AED 1,387,999. The two-bedroom is AED 1,991,999. The three-bedroom starts at AED 2,298,999. Studios are not included. The heavier discounts are a different offer, without the passport.
Can I keep my current passport?
That is a question about the law of the country that issued your passport, not about Vanuatu or São Tomé. We are not your lawyer in that country. Do not give up a passport, or assume you may hold both, because a sales page said so.
How do I avoid a citizenship-by-investment scam?
A real file has a home, an escrow for the off-plan purchase, and a government that can say no. Walk away from anyone offering a passport for sale, a fast passport, or a guaranteed approval. We do not sell documents. The apartment is in Dubai Land. The citizenship decision sits with the programme.
