Dubai passport offers that are not real
If someone says a Dubai apartment includes a UAE passport, that offer is not real. The UAE does not sell citizenship with property. A real enquiry names a unit, a developer, a price, and — if a second passport is included — the country that decides it. Which promises should I refuse?
Refuse “UAE passport by investment”, “buy a passport”, “guaranteed approval”, “fast passport”, and any price with no unit number. Refuse a transfer to a personal account. Refuse a story that a Golden Visa turns into citizenship after a few years. Those lines are how people lose the deposit.
What does a real file look like?
A home you can identify, an escrow for the off-plan purchase, and a government that is allowed to say no. The pictures on this site are Deniz Properties renders. Handover is planned for Q4 2027. The citizenship decision is a different date, and it can be a no.
